Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Support the agency’s goals by contributing to a positive, customer-focused experience.
Compensation (As an Agent Team Member, you will receive)

  • Salary plus commission/bonus, or
  • Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
